Rosa and Amy suggest that he “encourage” an employee to quit. Meanwhile, Terry is meticulously picking apart the nine-nine budget. Jake and Boyle can trace this user’s IP address, and therein track down the killer. He reveals that someone was particularly interested in how one would extract a heart from someone’s chest.
